The Limited Practice Board representatives select, prepare and complete legal documents pertaining to the closing of real estate and personal-property transactions.

The Supreme Court of Washington selects four representatives to The Limited Practice Board – one each from the lending industry, escrow industry, the real estate industry, and an attorney who must be a member of the Washington State Board Association. All representatives serve a four-year term.
It’s important to have a voice from the real estate industry on the board so that the overall process of closing transactions is as smooth and efficient as possible,” said Deely. “As a real estate broker dealing with the day-to-day aspects of transactions, I can provide input to help improve on that process.  Deely is a current member of the Northwest Multiple Listings Service (NWMLS) Forms Committee and has served since 1986. As a member of this committee, Deely has been instrumental in the development of NWMLS forms in use today. Dear John,
Gloria and I want to thank your team for the excellent job you did selling our home.  We were extremely impressed with your thorough and professional approach to listing and selling our home.  We believe that your diligence resulted in quickly identifying potential buyers, even prior to or completing the listing pictures and related marketing documents.  That, combined with your outstanding and forceful marketing techniques, led to a large volume of high-quality traffic from prospective buyers and to a very rapid and satisfactory sale, negotiated with your able assistance.  We are extremely pleased with your first-rate professional services, from the date of listing with you to the signing of a binding purchase and sale agreement, which required slightly more than one month.  Your ability to generate and nurturer several seriously interested buyers was a significant factor in our receiving a reasonable price for our home.

We believe the CBBA organization under your leadership are extremely effective as a result of your team approach and your extensive knowledge and focus on the real estate market and high-value properties.  We saw these attributes as tremendous advantages for buyers and sellers.

Again, thank you for your friendly and attentive service.  Please do not hesitate to use us as a reference with any prospective clients.
