John is a current member of the NWMLS Forms Committee. He has been on the committee for over 20 years and has been instrumental in the development of the body of NWMLS forms in use today.
In addition to being an expert on local forms and training agents to understand and interpret contracts, John has spent many years successfully coaching top producers in such areas as Goal Setting, Sales Training, Accountability and helping his agents develop a keen understanding of the complex brokerage issues facing our industry today and how to solve them successfully. Additional areas of expertise include brokerage malpractice, interpretation of the laws governing brokers and agents, NWMLS rules and Realtor ethics and bylaws.
